What we do with what you send us.

In force 8 November 2026

This notice covers xcap-terminal.com, the public site. It is short because the site does very little: it shows you pages and it has one form. There is no account to create, no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

1. Who is responsible

AI%Terminal is a service of xCΛP. For anything in this notice, including the requests in section 6, write to terminal@xcapholding.com. That address exists because the law requires a way to reach us; everything else goes through the contact form.

2. What the form collects

Only what you type, plus three things the connection itself carries:

WhatWhere it comes from
What you needYou choose it
NameYou type it
Work emailYou type it
Firm or institutionYou type it
Desk or functionYou choose it
Anything you addYou type it, if you want to
Time of the requestRecorded on arrival
Two-letter country codeDerived from the connection
The page you came fromSent by your browser

We do not store your IP address. Our host sees it in transit, as any host must, and gives us only the country code above.

3. Why, and on what basis

To read your request and answer it. Nothing else. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where you are asking about access or terms, and Article 6(1)(f) otherwise — our interest in replying to people who write to us.

No profiling, no automated decision-making. A person reads every request.

4. Who else sees it

One company: Cloudflare, Inc., which serves the site and stores the records as our processor. Transfers outside the EEA or the UK run on Cloudflare's data processing addendum and the Standard Contractual Clauses.

No one else. No advertising, no embedded video, no chat widget, no social button. This site loads nothing from any other company — the fonts are served from our own domain so that visiting a page does not hand your address to a third party.

5. Cookies, and the one thing kept in your browser

This site sets no cookies, which is why you were not asked about any. One item is stored locally: your Night or Day choice, under the key terminal-theme. It stays in your browser, it is never sent to us, and clearing site data removes it.

6. How long, and how to have it removed

A request is kept while we are in contact and for 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Ask us earlier and we delete it earlier.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or have it corrected, deleted, restricted or sent to you in a portable form, and you can object to our relying on legitimate interest. Write to the address in section 1; we answer within a month. You can also complain to a supervisory authority where you live or work.

One request, one record. If you write again from the same address, the new request replaces the old one rather than adding to it.

7. Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions yet; when there is, it will be linked here.
